Forest pitches within reach of Blåvand and Legoland country
Part of the Nordic First Camp group, Frigård is a well-organised forest-edge site in the Oksbøl area, giving easy access to the Blåvand beaches, the Wadden Sea and — for the inevitable request — Legoland at Billund, about an hour inland. The site itself is calm and green with wide gravel-and-grass pitches sized for larger motorhomes, a heated outdoor pool, a bright indoor play barn and a well-stocked shop. It is a practical, comfortable base rather than a destination in itself, and it is honest about that.
Value check: Chain-standard facilities at a mid-range price, and children under four usually stay free.

Pitches are properly wide and level, service point is well designed, and nothing was broken. Not the most characterful site we have stayed at but it does everything right.

Hour to Billund, forty minutes to Blåvand, twenty to the Wadden Sea. The play barn saved two rainy afternoons. Shop prices are what you'd expect on a campsite.

Asked for something away from the pool and got a lovely shaded corner by the trees. Slept with the roof vent open every night listening to the woods.
